Which extension does Makeprove use?
The current route uses your existing VERATIU Capture extension. Makeprove takes you to VERATIU for purchase and pairing, and the capture continues in its existing session flow.
Can I capture from a phone or Firefox?
You can browse the information and open the purchase page on a phone, but the current extension capture requires Google Chrome on a computer. Makeprove does not currently provide a native mobile capture app or a Firefox capture extension.
Can AI run the whole capture?
Fully automated AI control is not active in the current extension flow. You choose and operate the capture. An optional authorization to use a capture for improvement is separate from permission to record it.
Does every capture train the AI?
No. Capture alone is not learning consent. Authorized technical imports and user feedback require separate controls, and importing a package does not itself train or activate a model.
Can I pay in US dollars?
Makeprove.com lists planned prices of US$49 for Site Lite and US$99 for the other listed modes. International Stripe checkout is not active. If you continue to the existing VERATIU checkout, its BRL amount and payment methods apply.
Does cancellation use an attempt?
Voluntarily cancelling an already started VERATIU capture can consume an attempt. One purchase covers one completed record, not three separate records. Confirmed technical failures are handled under VERATIU’s applicable terms.
How long can I download the files?
The current VERATIU offer describes a 30-day availability period after completion or delivery, subject to the order and delivery information. Download and preserve the package promptly.
Is audio always included?
No. Audio is included or reported only when the mode permits it and it is available and actually captured. Site Lite does not record session video or audio.
Can the service bypass CAPTCHA or two-factor authentication?
No. You must complete any authorized login or security step yourself. Third-party access controls remain in place.
Does a capture guarantee legal acceptance?
No. The service documents the material and its technical context. Admissibility, authorship, truth and evidential value require assessment in the relevant case and jurisdiction.
How do I check my delivery?
Use the VERATIU record identifier and available hash values, preserve the report and compare the actual files.
