Service terms: English guidance
Read the original VERATIU terms before purchasing through its current capture service.
The original checkout terms govern
This English guide adapts the topics of the VERATIU service terms for Makeprove visitors. It is not a replacement contract or a claim to reproduce the original version, legal text or hash. A purchase made through VERATIU is governed by the original terms and privacy policy identified in its checkout.
1. Provider and service purpose
The current service is operated through VERATIU. Its support and privacy contact is suporte@veratiu.com.br. It documents content the customer accesses and captures and produces technical evidence files. It does not certify that the content is true, lawful or sufficient for a particular legal purpose.
2. Modes and limits
The offer displayed at checkout forms part of the purchase. Website, WhatsApp Web and Instagram Web modes may include video and audio according to the offer. Site Lite is for manual screenshots and does not start video or audio recording. Time, image and download limits are disclosed before payment.
3. Authorized access and user responsibility
The customer must have authority to access the relevant accounts, conversations, documents or restricted areas. The service must not be used to break into systems, bypass access controls, collect data unlawfully or violate third-party rights. VERATIU’s Brazilian flow identifies the person responsible for capture, including the identifying information required by that checkout.
4. Third-party platforms
External services may require login, CAPTCHA, additional authentication or consent, or may restrict automated access. The current flow permits authorized manual interaction. It does not bypass those protections or guarantee third-party availability.
5. Start, attempts and cancellation
The source terms describe URL validation for website modes before session creation, recording and attempt consumption. A purchase authorizes one completed record. Up to three technical attempts may be available before the first successful delivery. Confirmed VERATIU technical failure does not consume an attempt under those terms. Voluntary cancellation after starting may consume an attempt. A separate independent record requires a new purchase.
6. Finalization and delivery
Finalization ends the session, consolidates artifacts, processes applicable media, generates technical information, reports and packages, checks integrity and prepares delivery. Wait for an actual confirmed delivery link. Email delivery depends on the email service being available.
7. Integrity and technical records
Packages may contain screenshots, applicable video, HTML, navigation data, metadata, hashes, a manifest, a report and chain-of-custody elements. The actual composition depends on the mode, accessed content and user actions.
8. Privacy and personal data
The privacy-policy version and hash presented in VERATIU checkout apply to that order. Avoid collecting unnecessary personal data and ensure a legitimate basis for handling third-party information. Optional Makeprove improvement authorization is separate from the capture purchase and does not make all captured content automatically eligible for training.
9. Payment, availability and support
The price, payment method and file-access period shown at checkout and delivery apply. Payment is processed by the named provider. Support examines technical records when assessing an issue, attempt consumption or reprocessing.
Makeprove.com displays planned international prices of US$49 for Site Lite and US$99 for other listed modes. International Stripe checkout is not active. If you purchase through VERATIU, its displayed BRL amount applies.
10. Acceptance and updates
The source service records acceptance of its applicable terms and privacy policy, with their versions, hashes and time. Later updates do not rewrite the legal documents associated with an existing order. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Current Makeprove availability
The existing VERATIU extension is the tool used in the current route. Full AI control, a native mobile capture app and unrestricted device-file access are not included as active features.
