Webpages, WhatsApp Web conversations and visible social posts can change or disappear. A documented session brings the relevant content together with technical information about the collection.
What a record contains
Depending on the purchased mode and the session, a VERATIU package can include screenshots, video, HTML, URLs, events, downloads, metadata, file hashes and a technical report. What is delivered depends on what was actually accessed and captured.
Material you may document
- Websites and portals: pages, news, offers, notices and accessible documents.
- WhatsApp Web: conversations accessed by the account holder or an authorized person.
- Social platforms: visible profiles, posts and comments in the browser.
- Webmail: relevant messages and attachments available through an authorized browser session.
- Online media and files: content and downloads supported by the selected mode and access rights.
Choose the appropriate mode
Site Lite covers selected screenshots in a short session and excludes video and audio. Website Capture and the WhatsApp/Instagram Web modes allow a more extensive session under their published limits. Review the actual offer at checkout.
A user-operated flow
Choose the mode, check the price and delivery email, then prepare Google Chrome and the official VERATIU Capture extension on a computer. Record the material, finalize the session, wait for delivery confirmation and download the complete package.
One record, attempt limits and delivery
The source service describes one completed record per purchase, with up to three technical attempts before the first successful delivery. Voluntary cancellation after starting can consume an attempt. The original checkout and service terms govern your purchase.
VERATIU currently describes a 30-day delivery availability period. Preserve an unchanged copy of the report and original package rather than relying on continued online availability.
Technical and legal review
An organized record helps reviewers examine source, sequence and file integrity. Legal relevance and admissibility depend on the case and jurisdiction. A technical report is not an automatic judicial decision or a guarantee of authorship.
The capture service available today
Makeprove directs you to the existing VERATIU service for purchase, session setup, capture and delivery. Use the official VERATIU Capture extension in Google Chrome on a computer. The VERATIU checkout displays the actual charge in Brazilian reais and the terms for that order.
You operate the capture. Fully automated AI capture, native mobile capture apps and unrestricted access to a device are not available through this flow. The extension remains the current VERATIU extension.
